Once we have completed a new Management Authority, Cooper Jackson PM handle all the details. This includes managing all communications with your current agent and your tenants. We can even arrange for your water charges & rates to be paid directly from your rental income. We will also arrange a property inspection to take place as soon as possible to ensure there are no outstanding issues or disruption to the current tenants. |
